Kunshan Organic Chemical Factory Co., Ltd. (KOC) was established in 1976 as one of the earliest manufacturers of plastic solvent dyes in China. Kunshan Yuan Yuan Plastic Pigments Co., Ltd. (KYY) was founded in 1992 and is a well-known plastic coloring agent producer and distributor in China. In 1999, KOC and KYY merged, making the company one of the earliest and largest manufacturers and distributors of plastic coloring agents in China. In 2009, the company's production base in Kunshan was relocated to a new production base in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, significantly expanding the company's production capacity. In 2018, construction began on a production base in Myanmar, which began production in 2019.
The company is headquartered in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, about 30 kilometers from Shanghai, with a branch office located in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. The domestic production base is located in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, while the overseas production base is located in Myanmar.
As a pioneer in China's plastic coloring agent industry, the company has continuously developed new color varieties for its clients since its establishment over 40 years ago.
